I'm quite a new fan (discovered your channel about a month ago) the thing that keeps me hooked is the fact that you keep it so real on your channel. You show how a destination really looks you don't just show the most luxurious parts you present your whole experience and that helps me learn more about places I'd be interested in travelling to or learn about.

yeah in this case we did come in the rain season but it's not supposed to be as bad as it has been. But indeed we have been to so many countries these last 2 years where the weather seems all over the place, sometimes we have benefited from it though and had ultra sunny weeks when it was supposed to be monsoons

Weligama in Sri Lanka is located in the South West of Sri Lanka. In Sri Lanka there are two (rain) monsoon seasons, which are the Southwest -monsoon Season (May - September) and . Northeast -monsoon Season (December - February). As you are in Weligama in Sri Lanka you will be affected with the Southwest -monsoon Season this time of the year in June 2024, and experience all that continuous rain. During the Southwest -monsoon Season you might be able to have a better time at the Beach on the other side of Sri Lanka (East Coast of Sri Lanka). Rain can occur at any time in Sri Lanka, while the monsoons affect different parts of the island at different times, you can always find somewhere in Sri Lanka with lovely weather. Hope this was helpful.

@@JumpingPlaces I enjoy any kind of Ginger Beer such as Sri Lankan Ginger Beer, Jamaican Ginger Beer etc. Among all, my favourite is the Ginger Beer made by the Sri Lankan company Elephant House, and their Elephant House Ginger Beer (EGB) is made from their original recipe, dating all the way back to 1896 and the key ingredient is 100% all-natural ginger that is entirely sourced locally, from small and medium-scale farmers across Sri Lanka. My second choice of Sri Lankan Ginger Beer is Lion Ginger Beer.

Chris, couldn’t help but notice that you were doing bench press exercise wrong, instead of grabbing the bar with your fingers facing out they should be facing you. Once you do that you’ll notice the difference on your arms and chest.👍 Awesome video! Keep ‘em coming…
@JumpingPlaces6 ай бұрын
you mean my thumbs facing out? I do it this way because i always get shoulder problems doing it the traditional way, so i found out searching online that this is a good way to do it for people with shoulder issues and it resolved it for me
@KingoftheNorth566 ай бұрын
@@JumpingPlaces I have a similar situation when I do shoulder presses but the purpose of the bench press is to strengthen your chest and arms. I can guarantee you that the way you’re doing it serves no purpose so instead and if you can try doing pushups. Either way I’m gonna try to do it your way to see how it feels 👍
@JumpingPlaces6 ай бұрын
it does work because thats the only way i have been doing it for the past 2 years and i have gained more chest, In this video i am lifting about 85kg and about 2 months before only around 50-60kg. it is quite a common way to do it for people with shoulder issues. You will see next time you do it, you will have the chest pump and feel sore the next day
