I can buy all t shirts and bags which you bought , for less than 10$ from the same place . (Those actually doesn't having specific price) . If you walked arround 1-2 KM , you'll find so many great shopping malls to shop cloths , tech stuff and many more for really reasonable price .

For anyone watching this and coming to conclusions Sri Lanka is not like this, it is absolutely not. This shenanigan happens in a small area around the port. Actually not many go there to buy anything because it's like a shady corner of the country. 99% of people don't bargain, not even set foot on these areas most of the time. We have original showrooms of most brands and normal people go to them. This is Pettah, it's like a china town in New York with shady businesses. And I'm quite surprised that you came out unharmed going alone lol.
