India violated Sri Lanka’s sovereignty by supporting the LTTE, providing arms, funding, and training to establish a separate state in the north and east. It also imposed the 13th Amendment to Sri Lanka's Constitution, further undermining the country’s independence. In contrast, China has invested nearly $8 billion since 2010, primarily in infrastructure projects following the LTTE's defeat. While some Sri Lankan politicians mismanaged these funds, China's approach has remained focused and professional. India, on the other hand, provided financial assistance during Sri Lanka's economic crisis, but with strict conditions requiring the purchase of Indian goods and services. This was not driven by goodwill but by strategic intent to exploit the situation under the previous unelected president, Ranil Wickremesinghe. Recently, President Anura Kumara Dissanayake secured $3.7 billion in direct foreign investment for a fuel refinery, a $200 million grant, and a pledge from China for $6.1 billion in future investments. These facts reveal the real adversary of Sri Lanka-none other than India.

Please do not saw division among people. Please think about few people with different personalities. Two are powerful and big like India and China. Others are small and powerless like Srilanka , Nepal etc. The small weaker ones need to get along with all, for the benefit of its people. So act like big people do and allow small ones to be free and dont be anxious and disect every move. Look at the big picture and harmony and just step back a little. Let others settle as well. Lets all develop with inter beneficial relationships.
