Taking you to the craziest street in Colombo - Aluthkade Streetfood. I have heard about this place a few times and while being in Colombo it was a chance to try out this special place. The majority of the people are Muslims in this part of the city and the businesses run by them. They start opening evening time only and serving amazing food on the street. Yes Sri Lankan people are the friendliest people ever. They go out of there way for you,always a big smile and they love to laugh and have fun. A vast variety of scenery and climates. An easy country to travel for solo,couple,group and family’s as Sri Lankan people love children. They really take good care of you. It’s one of my most favorite countries. And yes so peaceful and amazing nature all around. I encourage everyone to go there. 🥰🌟🥰🌟

Only a few Sinhala monks speak atheism otherwise people do not see atheism. Everyone in Sri Lanka has a broad mind about religion. Hindu Tamils in particular go to all religious temples with a broad mind. The Sinhalese people are also broad-minded people who worship the Hindu God of the Tamils.

Hi Davud At one restaurant, one guy showed you " watalapam". You heard it as " Balaclava". Watalapam is made out of eggs, jaggery and coconut milk. It comes out like an egg pudding. Its a popular dessert among the muslims.

Hi David, It reminds me of having food with my friends during my vacation in Srilanka at this Askar Hotel. I love their Watalappam (A Sri Lankan Dessert made with egg, coconut milk and Natural Palm sugar; it’s steamed and looks like Caramel pudding). You can see that on the cashier counter inside some aluminium cups. Try that from them, it’s amazing. Also they have some unique curries (it looks spicy, but not really tat spicy), with cuttlefish egg, goat intestines, goat brain, all types of eggs… you name it. Give it a try. May be you can ask them to make a dolphin kottu with all the items.

Agar agar is seaweed. No chemicals in tht drink. The red syrup is rose syrup. Those two juice vendors need customer training service. The chocolate biscuit pudding and the cashew tart and wattalappan are actually srilankan dessert, definitely not indian. But the other items are indian snacks and sweets. Good content. Cant wait to watch your videos.

When you mention Abzerbaijan is near Turkey & Russia the people here are more please.. they seemed giving warm grateful & respect you as a tourist. Turkey & Russia are well known countries. Very warn night life, varieties of food selling, kind traders, happy & friendly teens make Colombo a nice place to visit. I heard 'adzan' too bro, probably from the mosque nearby
