The way they fish is really special, it feels very hard, but exciting! I didn’t expect that the music played by the bread trucks in Sri Lanka is the same as the garbage trucks in Taiwan, but I still want to eat their bread! Ambul thiyal fish dish is a type of preservation of coocked fish. It can last upto a month without a refrigerator as long as you don't touch it with hand. And use a separate spoon for the dish.

As a Sri Lankan, I prefer my food salty, savory, and spicy. Not all Sri Lankans prefer it this way, but that's my preference. I lived in Japan for six years, and I don't want my main meals to be bland.

I never heard of sea food breakfast in my time in Sri Lanka I can see Jaffna & Colombo rapidly changing .not really Trincomalee . ( Eastern province ) Tamil people issue was never come together like our generation we we created party (TULF ) Tamil united liberation front . Then again Tiggers we said fight for same goal . Take over . Tamil are divided kandy Tamils Jaffna Tamils & eastern province Tamils in my time we have no issues .
