If EEG is not available.. Then drop in heartbeat and fluctuate in SPo2 can be used as seizure marker or not ??

A drop in heartbeat with desat is more related to reflux, or even straining in small babies. Seizure typically has tachycardia with desat-bradycardia occurs if this is prolonged (with hypoxia causing the bradycardia)
