Curious if you remember what you adjusted your main jet to? 1.5 turns?

It’s been a few years since that sled mod but it’s just adjusted to make it run good. We always had to change it as we climb in the mountains in elevation, where we ride. My son was pretty good about telling me when he felt it was running shitty.

Is this the speedwerx kit? How did it last and noticeable difference in power?

Big difference in speed and power yes. The kit is called the Big boy kit. I got it from my dealer. Not sure if it’s a Speedwerx but I bet it’s similar. Should put it on so the kids can go with the sled longer for sure.

What is the "clog" that you say may need to use as spacers?

at the mark of 2:05. Spacer on the cog to shim it in or out? What's the cog?

The idler is the cog o was talking about. You can space it in or out to make sure it’s all in line
