I'm myself a student of cs Pilani campus and I can say with conviction that in a few years Goa is set to dethrone Pilani campus at least in few fields.

Let's keep it simple. BITS > MANIPAL > the other two. I am from Manipal, and all I can say is, you won't get a better College life anywhere. The college grants us so much freedom and 'n' number of opportunities. You name it, we've got it. There is less student intake, because our college believes in quality and not quantity. I've friends studying in both SRM and VIT, and their honest review is : Don't even think about joining here. Always keep this college as your last option. Feels like a jail because of less freedom and overcrowding. If you're worthy enough for BITS, go for it. Or else, Manipal won't disappoint you either.

But you didn't mention the tier system followed by companies. BITS is tier 1. Anyone wants to know what exactly it is. I will be happy to help. Third point of yours is right that a lot of mass placements do occur but their salary is also good. This year approx 2k students got offer of 8.5 laks from a single company. And 8.5 lakh ctc is not that bad.

Guys , this is a misleading video, there is very less information told about manipal, the environment i get there is not at all mentioned, manipal is a university and u get all kinds of experience and mit is 300 acres campus. They have shown only 5th and 6th block, old blocks, they should have even showed 22nd block also. Infrastructure, flexibility, benefits of less intake of students is not mentioned. And please check out QS world ranking, u will get a different idea. They never mentioned about alumni network of manipal, various MOUs with different collages around the world. BITS campuses has 0 percent attendance and one of the highest GSOC selections.. average package of all three campuses combined is 13 lpa right now...CSE avg is about 24 lpa and almost 50 percent students of general category leave IITs for BITS campuses.. from jee mains ranks in top 200 to some in advanced top 2000 and top 1000 as well...it surely is worth the fees... so as BHAI said..discover best options for you.Its obvious that getting a good CGPA is tough because of the high creamy layer percentage and the fact that there is no reservation...CGPA is important but...if you have the evidence/and right projects to prove that you have done great then you will not be in a setback at all.. Only admission into BITS is based on purely merit basis, not even caste,color, or religion...etc.. It's purely on merit rank basis, whichever community u might belong to, doesn't matter. Rest three institutions, anyone just with a pass in 12th can enter paying any amount into any course u want. In SRM and VIT, anyone even with a rank more than lakhs can join with money... The quality of these commercial institution students is too poor that automatically they r chucked out of the companies that they enter through college placement after sometime.

BITS>MIT>VIT>>>>>SRM BITS top 10 universities in India Manipal easily in top 20 NIRF just uses that public perception card to downrate universities lol BITS is very good actually easily top 10 nirf just killed it with public perception 50 SRM is overhyped actually a meh university placements are meh facilities meh,,,,,,, VIT is a stricter manipal very good university with a different approach to education , they have an american education style which helps out very well for placements and for those looking for foreign education Manipal overall great university but bad pr team easily as good or better than VIT main problem is cost (because the hostels and facilities are even better than thapar) and the freedom given to students , they cover your medical costs as well as promote health , fitness along with studying .

Srm ktr chennai is one of the best nirf main 36th rank hain toi main 4th hain Placements im srm is 100 percent Avg cse package in srm chennai varies from 7 to 8 and highest is 42 lpa

what ever but coming to placement SRM is worst for UG because i did my UG in SRM batch 2016-2019 B.com and i am going to say only about arts department ok so in my class nearly 20 students applied for placement and out of 20 only 2 got placed and in that 1 student rejected the company because of timing and in SRM u cant attend all the campus interview like if u got selected in 1st company then then u cant attend the further upcoming companies eg. u got selected in mr. cooper company then later any of ur favorite company comes for placement but the thing is u cant attend it because u r already placed in a company if u want to attend ur favorite company then some headache process is there like writing letter bla bla bla things u should do. The main thing is u cant even have 2 companies in ur hand to decide. If u r placed in 1 company then u should go with that only. if u r joining SRM just for fun purpose then close ur eyes and join, SRM is mainly meant for that full freedom and enjoyment but those who r looking only for placement then it may be good not to prefer

and another main thing i want to say is if u have any doubt about any college please dont search in internet just go to that college and interact with the students and if u r going to say that just for information u cant travel then think that next 3 to 4 years u r going to be in that college so interaction with students is very important than searching in internet

Hi guys, I know it is ridiculous to compare bits Pilani with SRM, VIT , MIT but remember not everyone can go and study in same college. Now coming to SRM , I am recent graduate from the University. It is really nice college, Providing so many opportunities. The average is probably low because there are so many students in every branch and companies offering to packages to non circuit branches are low and they are mostly placed in mass companies. It's not that they are not allowed in good companies, it's just they are unable to Crack their coding rounds. Now about me I am placed in delloite (7 lpa) , I also got job offers from TCS DIGITAL, UNISYS 7 AND 5 LPA respectively. I just want to say everyone watching this video you might be from very good University iit bits pilani or even Oxford but please don't talk bad about other colleges too the organization this big and like established 50 years ago can't stand if it was fraud . And also the alumni of SRM , VIT OR MIT I am sure is around the globe doing very good in their lives like you. Peace out.
