Hey! Good take on the Pistons. Everybody else is trashing them for their signings, especially the Harris signing, but I don't think people outside of the Pistons fan base understand that they're just trying to take a step forward and create an environment where their young guys can develop and win 25 or 30 games instead of the 14 or 17-win seasons they've been logging.

Plus, there's literally a salary floor. You have to spend your money on something. Also, it's important to have competent players on your roster to be able to evaluate your young talent. The Pistons have had horrible spacing the last few years, and that doesn't do guys like Cade or Ivey any favors. The guys they added at least give you some shooting at the 2-4 positions.
