@@sandeepbabukakara8419 Congratulations. I recommend not to resign until you receive EP IPA (Employment Pass In principle Approval). If you received IPA that means your employment pass is approved by MOM and received IPA that confirms you are eligible to work in the Singapore from that consultancy. You can check your EP validity online in MOM site by providing basic personal information. Don't pay any amount to the consultancy for the process as they have to process the EP for you. Good luck.
