Bro I work in a collision center and stumbled onto ur channel a month ago and I thought u was crazy 4 being hyped about a dodge neon engine. I didn't kno anything about what the SRT 4 was about but I'm subbed now bc yall are funny af and wish I had a group of friends to build a crazy car and laugh and play with. I don't... The SRT4 engine is a monster 4 banger. IRC SRT offered a stage three package for the car which put it at 300ish to the front tire. A sleeper

You need a S10 Blazer fuel cell and just raise the floor 8”.from 82-92 2dr. Also 79-87 G-Body gas tank might work for rear exit filling

RWD conversation have been done a few times with SRT’s. There’s a BRZ swapped one that is sick!! Also one AWD conversion that I’ve seen. By using Caravan parts, they used the stock T850 trans. The PTU uses the pass side intermediate to T off. It “moved” but no real action that I’ve seen. I still wanna do that AWD conversion correctly though!

Just out of curiosity, with all the heat from the welding around the axle tube's you don't think it would warp it do you? Idk, I'm not expert or anything and I'm not trying to pick apart your work because your doing a great job. I just use to weld flat be trailers and we would have to lay are welds in a certain pattern to make sure it didn't warp from the heat. Keep making great videos!😊

I suppose its always possible but when we weld the tube we do 4 large opposing tacks then 4 more opposing making 8 total tacks each one across from another then weld a section from one tacks to another then rotate the housing and do the same and continue with that process to try and avoid any warping. This is the 4th one we lve done like that and not noticed any issues yet.

The base eclipse came with a 420A aka, the non turbo SRT motor. People do get turbo kits for those 2gs, it probably wouldn’t be that complicated!
