How to download that original Darjeeling file??

We can take a screenshot from Google map or Google Earth. At first search name of study area (Darjeeling) on Google map (from here you can't get longitude and latitude of Darjeeling dist map , you get only district outline map). . Or Google Earth ( from here you also get longitude and latitude of Darjeeling dist map).

Sir I meant in above video u had 5 files...4 were srtm and first was boundry of Darjeeling...so I wanted to know how u downloaded boundry of Darjeeling??or shapefile of Darjeeling??
