Download the Mumbai Metropolitan region map from Google Earth. It's better, because longitude and latitude is needed for georeferencing in Qgis.

Hi Harsh, Of course you can crop the Georeference Map in Qgis. After Georeferencing, which area you want to crop simply digitized this area, it will cropped. बेशक आप Qgis में Georeference मानचित्र फसल कर सकते हैं। Georeferencing के बाद, आप इस क्षेत्र को क्रॉप करना चाहते हैं, यह क्रॉप हो जाएगा, Digitalization k bad.

Pahele ap apna PC me Qgis software open krke mera video 10-15 sec follow kijiye specially mouse pointer. Follow krne k bad ohi step ap apna PC me slowly apply kijiye, I hope, ap khud digitize kr paoge. Jitna area ap digitize kroge o save kijiye, to o area cropped ho jaye ga.

You can download the softwere for free from QGIS official site. Here is the link> qgis.org/en/site/forusers/download.html

First make sure that the map you want to draw is with Graticules (Longitude & Latitude) or without graticules. If you want to draw the map with Graticules, then, Open Google Earth, Zoom to the area of Katihar, then Save that as image file from given option in Google Earth software with Graticules On. then Open the image file as raster layer in Qgis software, and Georeference the map with Longitude and Latitude values and then Digitize the Map. After that you will be able to get a output of the Map in image format with Longitude and latitude. or, You can simply draw a map (without Long-Lat) by downloading a map of Katihar from google search, and simply digitize the map in QGIS, and get a output of the map as image format.
