When I saw the headline: SRV- Couldn’t Stand The Weather. (Acoustic Cover) I thought it would be some sort of rendition that covered the chords with a few fills to make the song almost recognizable. But holy sh*t! Note for note?! That’s just insane man! I’ve been playing guitar for decades and wouldn’t touch this funky tune on electric, and wouldn’t even consider it on acoustic, but you just blew the doors off my friend! Wow! Nobody does it better than Corey! I loved to play this in high school on electric, but never imagined it on acoustic. Well Corey's SRVs are as others here have stated here, amazing. I saw SRV perform in a small venue in Danville Illinois, late 80s. SRVs hands were loaded in rings like a boxer, and his threads were more flashy than Prince. And he was drug free, clean. Amazing show.
