I think the wreck is still around. According to a simulation showing the wreck, the keel still remains in place while the starboard hull collapsed onto it

It is visible on low tide days but is barely visible . Though there has been an extensive scuba searches and we’ve seen what it looks like underwater. It is at this point be considered and artificial reef.

Actuly the ship was gone in 2014 in 2007 the ship just fell on its port side because it was extremely top heavy due to the cargo space being eatin away

Here is what happened: In 1994 they were towing it, but it was in a thunderstorm. The tow lines broke, and an attempt to use emergency lines failed. On the coast of the canary islands, they grounded the ship, 2 or 3 days later, the stern started breaking and finally was split in 2. 2 years later, by then the crew was gone, the stern went under. By the 2000s, the bow slowly turned over, and finally went under. Just as soon as it came there, it disappeared. Never to be seen again.
