SS Almeria has same facade shown at 21:35 as park wall. That park wall got fallen in one of strom with air pressure only. It shows the level of construction. Here it is at first level, people can die.

The two room sizes are small and queen size bed is placed there. Also there is hardly any space for Almirahs. The kitchen is small too. When we are saying that it’s not sales video but informative then the negative points should also be highlighted.

SS group is lying by saying no high rise around the project. They must know that Godrej Air multistorey will come adjacent to their project. Also, construction quality of builder is not good and they have poor balance sheet that is why lot of work is still pending in this project ...

Don’t do any business with SS group it’s owner sukhbir singh jaunpuria a MP. He is infamous for his corruption and bahubali neta in future it can cost you a lot when u do business with such people. Go with other developers but not SS group

Builder will take away all promotional items like sofa, chandelier, decorative plants and furniture once flats are sold off. Those at Leaf were previously at our society SS Coralwood which is quite near. Before making any decision, seek first hand information.

Be sure that SS Group will milk more in maintainance than in price. Thats their way to trap a customer. Hence they wont leave any ownership with residents for a decade.

I always appreciate your content. However, in this one it would have been better if you had covered more on the practical aspects like construction technique used, contractors hired, maintenance charges/agency, feedback from past projects, delays, builder's future plans and incentive for buyers to go for this project in comparison to other projects/brands.
