this was such a crazy round to be the detective in, train station is basically impossible to survive on with meteors because they do so much damage to its thin profile. My office was just obliterated and I was wandering the halls when the zombies broke out. Awesome strategy, glad it worked so well!

I've definitely seen loneops spawn in on normal rounds if the nukies take long enough, so I don't think it was an admeme.

3:43 Oof, just realised this is train. Train can be really hard to know what is going on sometimes. Had an issue one round where a dragon spawned in/near sec and had wiped them before anyone else knew what was going on. At the same time I think there was also a loneop or something and I discovered the dragon going to sec for help as nobody was responding. This was on low pop tho tbf. EDIT: MAN, if both nukes were able to be activated, it would have been cool if they had blown BOTH up, one near the top of the train, and one near the bottom given it's sheer length.

I was the CE, coms went down right after zombies was announced so i took my engi team into space to cargo and then went to the ATS with them. Then while we were preparing to go to the station to call evac and get the hell out the nuke countdown started so we went back to the station to deal with that. Sadly i went southwards instead of north because honestly i dont remember my reasoning, i think i saw a sec off walk south? But because of that i was too late to actually fight them and got there just in time to blow up

Train seems to have a ton of haters. It seems like if a map isn't perfect square, people will tend to not like it as much.

My main issue with train is it takes so long to get to certain departments. If there was like a tiny tram pod or whatever like those SS13 ones or a portal to the middle of the map it wouldn’t be so annoying i think. The singularity/tesla setup area being exposed to open space doesn’t help either. Train isn’t nearly as bad as people make it out to be though.

Just the yesterday I was playing on a wizden server and it was revs but just as I was killing the hop who had wandered into cargo(most revs joined cargo, cause cargonia revs meme) it seems the headrest died to zombies! Then nukes came to the station! It was absolutely nuts and most of the station got infected, and cburn got called! It was hilariously fun! If I remember right the server was either leviathan or vuture!

Really, Nukies are just to strong. I don't know the actual win percentage, but it seems the only times crew actually wins is either tricking the nukies, or power gaming. The tricking them, is disarming the nuke, then it says "you won!" Like in RP the nukies wouldn't just re arm the nuke and blow it up anyways. Most of the time as well, when nukies do lose, it's due to newkies. I don't personally find nukies to be that fun because it's just so one sided, and if they attack the armory, well you have basically no way to win. If people enjoy nukies I mean that's good, my complaining isn't gonna make em go away. I just don't really like facing a huge military with baseballbats, and a single MK58.

Cargo can order guns better than what is in armory. If cargo happens to have money and isn't entirely destroyed, they usually lead the better counter attacks. WT550s are crazy strong, and enforcers are just bulldogs with one less shot. Not even mentioning crew can order body armor just as good as nukie armor, if not better.
