Ssb is conducting a written exam which is equivalent to set exam...in assistant professor only interview conduct so ssb exam is valid ...so ugc n court will rethink it

I have seen candidates having PhD fear seeing the syllabus of Ssb ..many candidates selected by opsc were not very good students though they have PhD ...our adminstration should consider this....a written and an interview are enough and also a good method to select worthy candidates

@@rjj32 net qualified candidates can easily clear ssb exam. The level of ssb exam is very easy. Only farzi PhD holders fear exam. Any msc qualified candidate can clear ssb exam with 2 to 3 months of preparation. So, NET should be the bare minimum criteria to be a Lecturer. They should also remove only PhD qualification, rather give a few extra marks for PhD, but PhD students should also have qualified for NET. This way farzi PhD holders can be eliminated who didn't do any research and bought the degrees.
