U are selected from UR category. Therefore you dont need to worry about OBC certificate. Moreover, your ObC certificate also seems valid. Therefore, I dont think there will be any problem

It depends on your verifier. Aise koi bht issue ni aata agar ni bhi match ho rha hai.. Address ko id card se itna strictly verify ni kia jaata.. Agar koi issue create kre bhi toh declaration likh sakte ho aap wahan pe ki mai address aadhar me change kra k baad me photocopy submit kr dunga. bt itna bhi krne ki zarurat ni padti waise.

Do you have any other id proof?? You need to have atleast two correct ID cards. Even if you are not able to furnish this much, you may submit declaration that you will generate an Id card if need be and submit the details thereafter.
