Kola almost had the comeback near the end. He really showed his patience. The crux was he wasn't patient in the beginning of game 5, leading to a deficit. By the time he became patient it was a bit too late. Amazing ending!!!

Is it illegal to Counter/Down B G&W's nair? Almost (if not every) jump in was a nair by G&W and a counter would've conditioned him not to do it.

People don't do that because if you get read using a counter, you are probably dead, so the risk reward its not on the roy's favor

I left out dair and up air as Roy was already in the air for up airs and dair was not an approach and I counted jumping from ledge back onto stage. You could literally throw out a counter half the time when G&W (jump) approached and get free damage instead of getting hit.

If you don't play the character, sure. But even then, you can appreciate Maister getting to 140%+ on what is essentially the lightest meta character in the game.
