Sir there’s one fact too Gurdaspur was going to be in Pakistan as it had more Muslim population and Lahore was going to be in India as it have majority of Sikhs and Hindus Indian leaders also agreed happily to give Lahore and take Gurdaspur so that there would be land route to J n K If gsp had gone to Pakistan there would be no land route to JnK at that time

Nahi bhai not only una , kangra ,hamirpur , kullu , lahaul spiti was there in punjab .we got separated in 1966 and included into himachal at that time una hamirpur was also in kangra.then kangra broken into 3 parts kangra una hamirpur in 1971 then himachal got its statehood.1947 territory mein mandi shimla kinnaur etc hi the jisme phir 1954 mein bilaspur dala gyaa tha.
