At 39:49....sir mera ek ans or b aa rha h that is...79....Coz in the first column...(4•6)-(4~6)^2=20 Similarly in the 2nd column ....(6.9)-(6~9)^2=45...and so on...is it ryt too?

In question no 2 my approach was although different but result was same 35 I simply thought 9×3 =27 , 3+1 =4 8×4 = 32 , 4+1 =5 7×5 = 35 , 5+1 =6
