I think going to constituencies down plays the seriousness of the matter at hand, just play it cool no one is rushing you, those who want to sign will instead look for you- MPs should stop thinking that Ugandans don’t reason at all- that’s y some of us gave up with following events of parliament and anything to do with com-mites in the house- all they do is to create excitement yet they know that no action can be taken to challenge the status quo.

I don’t think so. Actually it’s contrary. He’s the one seems keen to keep this debate alive. Corruption of these politicians has affected service delivery to the core. So your negativity is not helping at all.
