Hardly... Just because they don't get as hype as Americans doesn't mean they aren't working their ass off. Americans players have made HUUUUGE strides in SFIV considering we have virtually no arcade scene to practice. We're loud and hype -- that's America. We get that way with EVERYTHING; why do you think the Japanese FGC love us so much? And trust me, they do... I lived there for years.

Well your supposed to be as "cheap" as possible in fighting games. In terms of the matchup i believe it's in viper's favour, dieminion just has so much experience against wolfkrones viper that he made this matchup look better than it is for guile.

dieminion has played guy before in certain tournament matches, in ect he counterpicked with honda against a viper. you make it sound like playing different characters in tournament is a fraudulent tactic. why would you cripple yourself to playing one character only, when you have the skill to learn different characters at high level which can give you an advantage over certain match ups. its like choosing to walk when you have a bike and you know how to ride it.
