SSgt. Tim Chambers, the Saluting Marine

SSGT Tim Chamber (the Saluting Marine) visited several American Legion Posts in the Philadelphia & Lehigh Valley area and was welcomed by veterans and followers. SSgt Chamber annual stands at attention and salutes the thousands of bikes that pass during the annual Rolling Thunder event in Washington D.C.

Tim is a proud member of Post 416 American Legion (and ) American Legion Riders in Encinitas CA. As a founding member of our Riders Chapter, Tim shows his love of all of us daily. We are proud of him and his efforts. God Bless Tim Chambers and on a personal note, as a friend, thank you Tim for welcoming me to DC on Rolling Thunder 26. No words can describe how I feel seeing this fellow veteran standing and reminding people all around the world what the US and their allies did to secure this world. Those who did not return are so easily forgotten but with men like this "We will remember them". Sir, I salute you........

My grandfather fought in both WW1 & WW2. He was stationed in England in WW2 fighting the Germans.

For speaking the shameful truths of our nations indifference- I REMEMBER-Great Grandfather George w Stout 33rd regiment all vol Iowan Infantry-an old man fought with the Yankees from day one to the end of the war between the states-mustered out with a crushed leg no entitled monies just went back to work on the farm- I REMEMBER- Uncle captured on Bataan-survived death March hell ships Japan pow slave- returned 58Lbs -72lbs suicide 1954 I REMEMBER The Poppies in Flanders Field I REMEMBER The Holocaust and the hard men who did the hard deeds and paid the price to stop the butchery I REMEMBER My mentor my friend who at 19 carried a dead Marine for 2 days from the frozen Chosin I REMEMBER The Lord God who gave Himself for me and YOU the Lord Jesus that offered us the opportunity to be FREE!!
