Top stuff Gary. Will be interesting to see what happens to our market if we get a big quarterly inflation number this week. Regarding the falling copper price maybe it's speculation of a trump victory and the view that he's not friendly towards the renewable energy movement could be putting downward pressure on copper...just a guess..

I find copper a complete mystery but I doubt it is a Trump effect though. It is more about the massive funding and time required to bridge the supply / demand gap. It is so much easier just to do M&A than the hard often uncommercial yards. Despite what a lot of companies espouse about ESG, its just posturing. They are driven by commercial reality. Until there is a strong price signal from copper (ie above $5 or $6) the huge investment is not going to happen.

Until QQQ and SEMI ETFs can trade back above a rising 21-day MA line, my allocation to stocks is minimal or none.

If I may, such a stance leaves a great deal of unexploited high probability opportunity on the table. I have never seen and experienced so many great fundamental and technical trends. However I do advocate clarity and conviction so good luck to you
