Yes, Goku said he can't win against Super Buu and Gohan was much stronger than him. Maybe the movie Goku of end of Z can win with Dragon fist, but that would probably kill Gohan xD. But in the Manga or in the series Gohan win.

That only matters if they are the same, or at least similar. But here, Gohan outclasses Goku by far; probably the difference is bigger than SSJ2 Gohan vs SSJFP Goku. (my op)

I’d argue that Gohan is just as skilled as Goku. Goku was struggling against Cell who read his martial arts like a book, and teen Gohan in his super Saiyan form was shown to be able to keep up with cell even if it was only cell bluffing and significantly holding back. The pair spent a whole year together, and by the end of it in the filler episodes you could clearly see goku wasn’t holding back anymore and was being outplayed by his son You could argue that the 7 years Gohan spent basically doing 0 martial arts made him rusty (and it did) but he still would mop the floor with Goku.

@@zachtristopher you are literally trying to claim that regular ssj goku is stronger than post training ssj gotenks. Despite the fact that even pre training ssj gotenks was ready for fat boo, who goku needed ssj3 to even attempt fighting. Ssj3 goku was directly stated to be capable of killing kid boo had the form not given out due to living body issues. Goku directly said he stands NO chance against base super boo, and that he and vegeta both would outright be killed by him without fusion. Base super boo at less than 1/8 his max power was seen to be much more powerful than Fat Boo. Goku was stronger than Fat Boo, but by no means NOWHERE near that much more.
