I've been buying the big and most important SSL Native plugins for $20 each as they have gone on sale one by one. Very worth it. These new Fusion plugins will probably not go on such a sale for a long time.

David how are you My brother ? They did came out couple of days ago with the transformer section I’m still watching the video at this point . One thing I always thing a plug-in will have advantage over hardware ( Course there is disadvantages also ) is that technology is advising super fast and plugins can get upgrades vs hardware a lot of times you need to upgrade the whole unit . Not all the time but I think you guys get my point .

On the stereo image plugin it's all about the shuffle and the input and output triming, anything else seems like transient shaping. Am I right?

The Vintage Drive is one of the parts of the Fusion that needs to be replaced because it's not good enough to use it much. Actually the Vintage Drive drags the whole unit down makes it questionable to keep in the studio. If you see anyone use Vintage Drive they will have it on minimum settings and still having trouble with it. I hope SSL will make a Fusion 2.

If you cant hear any difference then your ears are not tuned to hear these sorts of things which is totally fine. that just takes time to develop. Either way, you're correct.....$200 is not worth it as I mentioned in the video
