Great video! I feel like a lot of shops don’t want to talk about this topic. Pricing has been a struggle for us since the beginning.looking forward to see what you have coming up on this.

Thanks! Yeah I’m not sure why no one wants to talk about it. It’s like we’re supposed to keep it private so someone else doesn’t steal our pricing or something. Or maybe no one really knows why their pricing is the way it is hahaha. Either way I think it deserves a lot of discussion and I plan to talk about how I’ve approached pricing at my shop. I hope it helps other shops develop a solid pricing strategy that they can build on. And I’m ok sharing cause I think competition isn’t done on pricing, it’s done with quality products and quality customer experience/care. 😎👍🏽
