Very true. Even working in projects won’t help because Real projects have more than 100 problems which cannot be solved by self as the project is done by the candidate. I would suggest someone to work in small IT company and then try to switch. And yes HR policy will be hard in small companies ( don’t get demotivated )

2021 passout and 3.5 years gap. Very tough. All you can do is grind so hard and contribute to open source , make your profile and build in public. showcase your work. For someone with a 3.5 year gap , they will ask a lot of stuff. These days the demands are very high. Learn frontend/backend , devops , AI/ML , be skilled in one and know many tools. Btw I'm a 2023 graduate working in an IT company with 12 LPA CTC. Got laid off along with the team and I'm also trying to switch since 2 months , very few companies are willing to pay me more.

Hi sir, I have 6+ years of experience in IT support and service desk. Currently I am not working due to health issues from 1year. Now I am trying to switch my domain to AZURE CLOUD. I got selected in hcl and got confirmation email and share all the documents educational and experience documents. It is 20days completed till now I have not received any offer letter and HR is not responding to my calls and emails. I have showed that I have 4 years experience in azure but my designation in previous companies was service desk technician and EUC due to this I am not getting offer? As per my knowledge and my friends experience even your previous company offer letter and relieving letter have written as Electronic Engineer it doesn't matter. Generally BGV takes 1 month or more so relaxed. I have one friend who swicth to big4 from Core Non IT field. Just relaxed, you will get your offer letter soon
