I agree with Michael Beck - why not OneNote? It's also accessible from Teams. Have a conversations page for each client, date and time stamp it. Then we can all see who spoke to them and when on a single ongoing page. Can insert the email sent as a response to their question or the link we told them to visit. Or use a CRM. Not a Word solution.

Hi Judy, Same response as I gave to Michael. OneNote is certainly an option which a lot of people like. The important thing is to store it in Teams. That way it is always shared and always backed up. A lot of people will tend to open OneNote locally and then share it which is bad as it is shared from their OneDrive and they own the file. If they open it from Teams then the Team owns it rather than the person. CRM is also a valid option but for a lot of Dev's might be less accessible. Certainly I find it slower to use CRM than a simple document and I certainly want my Dev's to be as efficient as possible. I hope that helps 😊.

Word…really? Why not OneNote?

Hi Michael, of course OneNote is an option which a lot of people like (I'm not a big fan personally but I know a lot of Devs that use it). The most important thing is that you create that document by going to the files Tab and choosing New | OneNote notebook. That way it is shared straight away with the Team rather than sharing it down the track. Even sharing the OneNote from your own OneDrive account is not the same. Speaking from experience if someone leaves that has shared a OneNote file that way it can take days to work out who shared the file.
