Light anomalies are the bane of my existence... Unless you see clear abnormal movement or shape I'd say it's a bug, reflective dust particle, piece of lint, etc 99% of the time.

Just before the text fades in, it looks like something is moving up the stairs, possibly leaning towards the rail for us to be able to see it.. it looks like the 2nd row above you and going up from what looks like the 3rd landing
