Why did they knock it down? It's exciting to watch it.

Because it would not have been easy to convert into the swish hotel that is planned for this site, and trying to do a conversion would have cost way too much, the building looked ok from the outside but a lot of internal wood was rotten etc. Plus the fact that this was 3 separate hotels, cheapest and quickest option was to start again with a new build. x

KZbin processes in HD, sometimes I film in 4k too but it takes ages for youtube to upload it in 4k.
