One user commented on the use of subtle OMI criteria (subtle Occluded Myocardial Infarction criteria). Those criteria add to the classic STEMI criteria and aim to detect acute occlusions not meeting classic STEMI ECG criteria. The most common subtle OMI feature is what I focus on at the beginning of this talk: the shape of ST elevation is far more important than its height. ST elevation1 mm is frequently not STEMI.
