It's first sung at 0:36 in. It's a higher female voice@@louiseprince4806 The sort of mid-range "You" that you hear a lot of is the last part of the phrase. So, high pitched "Jesus loves" mid pitched "You" (...but it ain't mine(sic?))

I agree, many house artists are repetitive, even my favorites, but you have to realize these tracks are for club use, not sitting in listening at a computer. Distinctive yes, but you recognise a Neptunes track when you hear it, or Timbaland for that matter. It's the same production all the time / sticking with favourite beats and samples. I would recommend comparing this remix to the recent Appaloosa - "The Day (We Fell In Love)" remix and see if they sound the same. I would say the sound has evolved considerably.
