Just watched the Arlo Guthrie version, and I would love to learn the intro, which looks to be played with the same chords as you use in this lesson. If you can find time to make a lesson for this, it would be absolutely great. Carry on the good work.

One of my favorite lessons. Which recorded version of this song most closely follows your version? I am trying to get the timing of the vocals down. Your backing track is a big bonus, by the way. Many thanks.

Great lesson but I’m confused about how to count the fills . Is it 2 and uh, 3 and uh , 4 and uh?

You seem to play primarily parlor guitars? I have one too. I like my baby taylor. But everyone seems to think the large western guitars are where it's at. But is it really true? Idk... if it's about volume then the baby can be miked. I really like the fact that the guitar is smallish. Easier for the left hand.

I have a beautiful Martin D28 and a Baby Martin. The Baby Martin's the one I play every day. The D28 gathers dust in its case.

Great lesson, though I have a question. Are you adding the fills in place of the last chord in each line?
@bobfletcher27684 жыл бұрын
Fills only seem to work if the subsequent chord is Am. For example, riff #3 in bar six should go to F in bar seven, but the detail shows it going to Am. Typo?
@beckyjohnson100825 күн бұрын
I am wondering about this problem too as well as the timing for the fill notes.
@paradisefilms33554 ай бұрын
Key of Am??? No such thing. The Key is "C". Am is a distant relative 6 times removed.
