It would help if you gave the temperature settings and how long to cook. No way we can tell based on watching you cook. I’m four minutes into the video and all I know is you like a particular rub.

This is one of two St. Louis rib videos I have saved for reminders on technique. I got my first pellet grill this year, and used this video as a guide for cooking. As god is my witness, my ribs turned out the best I've ever had in my life. Falling off the bone, sweet, smoky, tasty. I was already a huge fan of Tiger Sauce for cooking lots of things, love that you gave it credibility for ribs. Excellent video, thanks a bunch.

I recently started smoking baby back ribs with my pellet grill. I've tried them with a little bite and also cooked a little longer so they fell off the bone. I must say I prefer with a little bite, much better that way.

GREAT VIDEO. I just "thumbed up" it. ha. Hey, how long do you leave the rub on before cooking? A few hours? Longer?

30 minutes is ideal, just enough time for it to start sweating through the rub.

What temp are these at? And do you keep the same temp all the way thru?

I like to cook ribs at about 250 and yes maintain that temp all the way through
@dontb2confident6843 жыл бұрын
@@jkbbq what is a good final inside temp for the ribs?
@jkbbq3 жыл бұрын
@@dontb2confident684 I've done so many racks that I never temp anymore. You will just get a feel for them when they are ready (visual and touch). However, until you feel comfortable with that shoot for an internal temp of 190-200. More towards 200 if you want extra tender.
@maseay912 жыл бұрын
Would the butter, brown sugar wrap be ideal if I used a standard rib rub from the start ?
@jkbbq2 жыл бұрын
The wrapping process helps tenderize the ribs and speed up the cooking process, so yes. But only after a couple hours of smoke.

@@jkbbq Not good enough - you’re making a VIDEO, not a description. People want to learn from the VIDEO, not have to dig down into the description for information that someone FORGOT to mention in the VIDEO!🫵🏼🤡🫵🏼

Keto is a joke. Low carb but eat a ton of calories from fat and meat. 🤣 If you're gonna eat good bbq, might as well eat the honey and sugar with it.
