I can hear so many disco and synth-pop influences in this: Donna Summer, Bee Gees, Tears for Fears, New Order… Thrilled for this new chapter in St. Lucia’s musical journey! "When the Night" is an absolute masterpiece of an album. I didnt mind Matter; The Winds of Change is my fave on album, I just dont like this song at all, sorry guys. Its just lacks depth, same rhythm in the whole song, no build up in the songs like Elevate, We Got it Wrong, and Forgiveness to name a few. I really dislike that disco twang, I just hope the album isnt all like this.
