Some places in London the rents are cheaper than the whole of Bristol! people are flocking in droves to live in Brisdtol. Quite frankly people are annoyed that so many Londons are moving here and pricing out locals!

Highly doubtful, as half of what is shown is not St Pauls. Ok there was one back street that looked a bit crap but that isn't a residential area, it is behind the city morgue and Lakota nightclub. Which city in the UK doesn't have Graffiti? This is all nonsense and hype. I know I am local and a Bristolian! Highest rents after London is what you find in Bristol! People are tripping over themselves to live in Bristol! This is raising rents to unafordable prices and forcing the locals out! Gentrification is rife!

@@bobhope5773 Stokes Croft is in St Pauls and ironically is probably the safest and most affluent part of St Pauls though.
