This video should have continued on, regarding the Cult of Saint Philomena that developed. I couldn't find the details with the usual searches as they all focused on this History of Philomena herself, but from what I remember from reading a book about the Cult of Philomena was that there was this lady who was dying of some chronically debilitating disease and she swore that she would walk across Europe to pray at the shrine of Philomena. I think the Pope intervened and hired a carriage for her, and so she was brought to the Shrine of Philomena and became entirely healed. This was a huge story throughout Catholic Europe. But, yeah, I wonder why this channel doesn't dig up the details. Really, the only reason we know so much of Philomena was because that dedicated and faithful lady did so much to popularize Philomena. But, yeah, thumbs up for as far as this video went, but, really, in addition to an Ancient Saint, we might have also had the story of a Modern Saint.
