Not worth it in my opinion.. only worth it if you are upgraded to one of the suites. Sadly as a platinum elite using my SUA, i couldnt get the Astor suite, let alone any other suite. I feel like there is a level of arrogance when checking into this place without much connection with any of the staff. Butler service at St regis was very inefficient and waited over 1 hour for a service request followed by bringing plates late, coming back again and interrupting our evening to sign paperwork instead of doing everything at one time. On the other hand, I was treated much better at the W palm, Residence Inn Sheikh Zayed and Courtyard MOE where I got amazingly large suites including terrace jacuzzi with skyline view at W, 2 BR suite at RI and junior suite at courtyard. My platinum status went far with them, not with this St. Regis. I felt like i was just paying for a brand without getting the level of experience one might expect from this kind of place. I do not recommend going there especially for Marriott loyalists.

I also tried the W Palm, it was a very good experience as well. 😬😬😬 . Probably because nowadays too many platinum members, so getting upgrade depends on the time and luck 🍀 🍀 🍀

Which floor is that and room number pls ? How do i book this room via love holidays or i ask for updgrade at hotel incase if i dont like the room they give on arrival ?

It has been a while so I cannot remember the room number, but it is a corner room. I booked directly on Marriott and got upgrade with titanium status.
