Benjamin Sheen and Stephen Buzard collaborated as Acting Director of Music (Sheen) and Acting Organist (Buzard) jointly during that year and decided to split the playing and conducting of this showcase performance, which was in essence a tribute to the inimitable work John Scott had done with the choir and who tragically died the previous year.
