Kĺarity good morning . I was in Port Morant on Sunday, and I noticed the drain beside Lynval and the play field was full with water, Its an Indication the water is not running out to the sea. If that's the case, I think the contractor should open river mouth as we used to call and let the water runs out

You drive passed my old Yard right at the hill foot by before you reach the gas station. Wade Hill.. The shore Maker shop and we was living on the hill top.. When its rain all the water run off the Hill to the road and settled in the middle of the town.. Back then by next month they would put up a Christmas tree on the ball ground and keep free show.. Matrado the cigarette company put on the show..

There seems to be less water settling on the road than before. There is more work to be done but CHEC seems to be making progress. It is good for the engineers to see how much water passes through this area. If they had built this during the dry season, most likely they would have used a different type of drainage system.
