What happens to travelers who cannot climb up or down the stairs of the airplane? Isn't there a walkway into the airport? I have heard the sad news that many young people are leaving St. Vincent to seek employment, and many people there have health problems and don't have good healthcare services. This is very depressing because it contradicts the image of the tourist videos that are all over KZbin.

The Healthcare issue is very worldwide! It's mainly due to poor carb heavy diets and piles of bad advice that keeps people sick!
