I hope the leader cards will be Foil, it is in Japan but some of the shots for English made it look non foil

hello, i'm new to the one piece tcg. I just opened some packs with my friends for fun and i don't yet have a usable deck. which of these decks are good for beginners and which of them are meta?

Welcome to the one piece TCG! All of these are good for beginners but if you want decks that can become more competitive with additional cards I would go with the Blue Doffy or the Purple Luffy
