It would, yeah. That metal flap leafspring thing would bend either way.

Torsion not closing my two way swing gate like in your video. can you give any ideas to help?

Do they sell a cover for the spring? I have little kids (the reason I want the gates to always stay closed) but can just see a little finger being pinched in between.

You might be able to use a piece of pool noodle or round pipe foam insulation and slide it down over the closer

Would it be ok to pour concrete inside of the hinge post and latch posts for added strength?

Sure you could do that, just be sure to tap on the side of the post to work out all the air bubbles in the concrete and you could also slide a piece of rebar into the concrete.

That if the gate is too far to left or right how do I adjust it

You can change the position of the gate closer clamps by rotating them, if you are trying to move the gate right or left within the gate frame you would need to change the gate hinges.

I cannot find a video on how to even up a drive gate chain link fence. I will even it up but when i open it about halfway it will "scratch" the driveway. Can someone post something like it, and how to fix it, please?

If you are still having this problem I would recomend first ensuring the gate post is plumb (360°) . If so, then you could try adding a turnbuckle from the top corner at the post to the diagonal opposite corner.
