The markings "R" + "L" on the angle scale are for drilling rigs. There are certain angles for ladders, for example. (That would be the L)

You guys seem really nice :-). I’d really like to buy some of these levels that I’ve seen on Amazon, but I’m scared that they may not be genuine. Is there any types that you can give me to spot any fakes , or how can I tell that they are genuine?

I have a question related to a similar staabila level. The 70T has 2 tapered end caps, and I wondered what is the purpose of the taper and the slots

Thanks for your comment 💛🖤 The tapered end caps ensure that the spirit level is easier to put in a pocket or similar. The holes are for suspension only 😊
