Beta again check the heat of hydrogenation data given in the lecture and understand thermodynamically stable criteria for products. Benzene can be hydrogenated into Cyclohexane with an evaluation of 49.8 KCal energy that means this is exothermic and spontaneous but if you want to convert Cyclohexane into benzene you are required to give +49.8 Kcal energy to the system which makes this process non-spontaneous and thermodynamically not feasible at ordinary conditions. I am sure you didn't watch the complete video and this is very basic concepts and you will find this in FIITJEE or Resonance modules.
