Stabilo colored pencils - a semi water-soluble colored pencil - the originals

Hi there, so first of I think that these colored pencils could be great for details, especially for professional Artists because these pencils have lightfast ratings. But, they are hard and somewhat dry colored pencils, not something that I like, but that is just my personal opinion and preference.

I like harder pencils but not so hard my hands hurt from using them
