Please get The Jedi Ewing onto one of these. Also the turn at 2:56 is guru level. I have been watching surf vids and pros my whole life, for over 30 years and the force has to be very very strong to execute one turn such as this.

Have been watching surfing for about that long myself and I was a bit blown away watching this whole vid. Haven't kept up with surfing much for a while and not aware of Jack that much but I am not sure I have seen someone have such clean and on point turns like this, the only person it reminds me of is Slater and Jack might even be 'cleaner' than him. Or I am just high.

@@dingaidshop haha yeah I was. But still, watching again I don't remember someone with such flawless and effortless turns since Kelly. I know there are a lot of great guys around these days though which I am not so familiar with. Have just become a huge fan of this guys surfing though.

Would have rather seen instead of breaking the board it was repaired so he can still stay in the contest, Be good to see if it still went good ?
@jimdillard29512 жыл бұрын
how about restrengthen it and give to a grom? that crease would be v hard to fix and still b top notch....but not a throw away.
@xisotopex10 ай бұрын
it wouldnt be the same after a repair like that, not even close. it would be a totally different board.

Those sprays are so crook, probably threw him off.

Thumbs down for finishing off the easily fixable creased board. Give it away or give it to a ding repair guy. That was a waste of a repairable board.
@cwr86182 жыл бұрын
100% so wasteful
@xisotopex10 ай бұрын
nothing wrong with that. you would break it anyways to fix it. if you have ever creased a board like that it IS broken. do you actually surf? have you ever repaired or shaped a board?
@xisotopex10 ай бұрын
no, its not. it wouldnt ride the same any ways. @@cwr8618

@@xisotopex Lol!!! Don’t even go there with me. Repairs in the hundreds probably closing in on a thousand. including many snaps and buckels. Shaped and glassed 50ish boards. No doubt can surf circles around you. Don’t even go there cowboy in Kentucky.

God that backside surfing, resembles Kelly Slater so much. Reminds me of an old Quicksilver surf vid No-Destination with Slater carving up that beautiful left hander in Lombok I think it is, the similarities are freakish.

Hey Stab u shouldn't paint the noses different colors or at all. Messes up the psyche of the shape. Just make a stamp ( between the fins?))that doesn't fuck with your head mate! Haha!

I can’t believe how easily surfboards still break anyone trying carbon fibre?
@xisotopex10 ай бұрын
every body does, and epoxy which is stronger and more flexible. all of my boards have carbon fibre and epoxy/eps. they never loose their pop and are much lighter than a poly board (not always a good thing) been riding boards like this since I stopped getting JC's many years ago

Anyone know the song? I fee like Stab (and plenty of surf flick producers) finds these rad songs and doesn't put the credit out so people can support. Criminal

Yeah, Jacks right up there for me too. Broken board first surf, yeah it's a dude, simple as that! He surface so good that unless your anywhere near that level I don't feel your worthy of a comment. Let him do his shit without judgement from the masses I'd say. Also love his comment @ proper waves! Fully relate to that!

Would be good if we could actually hear what he's saying. Are you guys at stab not competent enough to hire a good audio mix engineer?
